Rather than focusing on evangelism which is usually with strangers during a short time, this training conference focuses on Outreach Discipling with family and friends over a long time.

BUFFET OF TIPS
Rather than insisting that each Christian use one set of steps, this process presents a collection of tips that people can select from depending on their strengths and on the spiritual journey of their family member or friend.

PRAY AND RELATE:
Rather than a training on only praying or a training on only witnessing, these events emphasize two parallel tracks: Praying and also relating with a purpose.

SKIPS SHARING YOUR FAITH:
People are often paralyzed with the thought of “sharing your faith.” They sense the difficulty of keeping the spotlight on themselves and their faith. One woman countered with, “I don’t have enough faith to be able to share it.” However, people immediately grasp the freedom in keeping the spotlight on Jesus and helping people understand the heart of Christ and the character of God. It’s true. Once people understand the character of Christ, they will automatically fall in love with Him.

MINDSET OF STEP BY STEP:
Rather than holding a conversion event focus, this training emphasizes a step-by-step process for helping a person fall in love with Jesus.

SPIRITUAL SEEKER TO FISHER OF MEN:
Rather than the goal of leading a person to believe in Jesus Christ, this process focuses on helping people trust in Christ and also be fishers of men.
